Commentary from HubSpot leadership and customers about the latest
product updates from HubSpot's Fall 2024 Spotlight @ INBOUND
At HubSpot, we work with scaling companies from all over the world, and they all have three things in common: they value tools that are easy, fast, and unified. Without these three ingredients, growth is harder to achieve. That’s why everything we build at HubSpot is easy, fast, and unified, including the over 200 updates from this year’s Fall 2024 Spotlight.
Until now, we haven’t seen a complete AI solution for businesses. There are consumer AI solutions that are super accessible and give results in seconds, but they aren't connected to your business or your data. On the other hand, enterprise AI solutions claim to be powered by unified data, but they’re hard to implement, have steep learning curves, and are slow to deliver results. With Breeze, businesses finally get it all. AI that’s agile, intuitive, and embedded, not just with popular LLMs, but your customer data.
Businesses today are using too many data tools and providers in an attempt to get a unified view of their customers. This leaves them with a tangled mess of data and a bloated vendor budget. With Breeze Intelligence, we’ve built data enrichment and buyer intent directly into the HubSpot Smart CRM, giving go-to-market teams data they can depend on.
Marketers need a new playbook, built on ease, speed, and unification. At HubSpot, we’ve always helped marketers; it’s in our DNA. Now we’re doing it again at a time when they need us most. The updates we’ve made to Marketing Hub and Content Hub give marketers what they need to build their audiences, create multichannel content, launch campaigns, and measure it all.
HubSpot’s AI tools have directly resulted in a 25% increase in new prospect engagement with our brand. Not only that, but our sales reps are getting 60% more SQLs from our marketing team that convert into potential pipeline. The effect this is going to have on our continued growth will be huge.
We’re excited about the potential that Breeze Intelligence will bring to Bitly, especially in helping us make smarter decisions around how we identify good-fit, high intent customers and deliver personalized outreach for revenue driving activities. We already knew we needed a tool to help us understand the intent of our visitors and were thrilled to see HubSpot invest here so we can work within our already existing tech stack.
Marketing Hub and Content Hub have helped us deliver better user experiences for the Morehouse Community. With the integrated AI tools, we easily migrated our 900-page website and completely transformed how we manage content, capture data, and personalize communications. The intuitive interface also means we get more done, faster.
